Our stamping operations are based in Chennai and Hosur, India. We support precision metal stamping across multiple materials and component complexities, backed by in-house tooling and integrated secondary processes. All stamping activities are carried out in line with customer drawings and specifications.

We have mechanical and hydraulic press capacities ranging from 2 to 100 tons, with up to 160 tons using a coil feeder. Maximum sheet size supported is 4 × 8 ft, with sheet thickness typically between 3 and 5 mm. Dimensional tolerances are maintained up to ±0.2 mm, depending on part design and process requirements.
Tool and die design, build, and maintenance are handled in-house. Custom dies are made, with samples typically developed in around 30 days. Tooling-based projects generally follow lead times of 30 to 60 days, while previously tooled or press-brake components can be delivered within 3 to 5 working days
We support short-run, low-volume, and high-volume requirements based on program needs. Progressive, compound, and multi-stage tooling enable the manufacture of intricate components with tight tolerances and complex geometries.
Secondary operations include deburring, cleaning, forming, welding, laser etching, and sub-assembly. Surface treatments such as plating, powder coating, anodizing, and polishing are supported through approved suppliers, based on component and application requirements.
Stamping operations are executed under defined process controls and inspection criteria.

We support stamping operations using progressive die, high-speed, and compound tooling processes, selected based on part geometry, material, volume, and functional needs. Our teams work with steel, stainless steel, aluminium, brass, and copper, integrating secondary operations where required. Stamping activities are managed using defined process controls and quality systems, supporting customers across automotive, electrical appliance, mining, oil and gas, and power transmission sectors in India, the United States, and Canada.
We support stamping programs with in-house tool and die design, development, and maintenance. Tooling is reviewed against part drawings before production to support manufacturability, dimensional accuracy, and stable output. Reverse engineering and tooling development are supported where required.
We carry out stamping using progressive, compound, stage and deep draw processes. Process selection based on part geometry, material, volume, and functional requirements.
