Our molding operations are based in Mumbai, India and Maryland, USA. We manufacture plastic components using in-house tooling and controlled production systems. Molding activities are carried out in line with customer drawings and material specifications.

Molding operations support injection, transfer, insert, and overmolding for engineering plastics, including glass-fiber-reinforced grades. Tooling and molds are developed and validated in-house, with engineering support such as mold flow analysis used to assess manufacturability prior to production.
Materials handled include engineering plastics and commodity resins, with or without glass fiber, as specified by customer requirements. Tolerances are defined per customer specifications. Secondary operations include surface coating, printing, plating, painting, and assembly, applied based on component and program needs.
Components are manufactured from prototype builds through full-scale production, with batch sizes and MOQs planned based on part complexity and program scope. Typical tooling and production lead times range from 30 to 60 days, depending on part complexity and program scope.
Molding operations are managed using defined processes with SPC-based monitoring and PPAP validation. Quality and control support includes simulation and flow analysis, material traceability, and documentation to ensure consistency across production volumes.
We support molding programs from prototype to production volumes, with order quantities defined by component design and program needs. Our teams assess manufacturability prior to production using design and flow evaluation to support stable processing. Quality controls are applied through defined monitoring and validation practices, with full material traceability and documentation maintained through production. Secondary operations such as surface treatment, printing, plating, painting, and assembly are applied where specified.
We execute molding programs using customer-approved molds developed through our in-house tool room. Mold design, gating, runner systems, and parting lines are reviewed against component drawings prior to production to support manufacturability and process stability.
Molding is carried out using injection molding, transfer molding, insert molding, and overmolding processes based on component design and functional requirements. We define process selection and operating parameters by material type, part geometry, and customer specifications.
Components are molded using engineering plastics, including glass-fiber-reinforced and non-reinforced grades. Material selection, resin specifications, and processing conditions are controlled in line with customer drawings and approved material standards.
Molded components are supplied as molded parts or with secondary operations as defined by the program. We manage domestic and international requirements through coordinated planning, packaging, and logistics, aligned with customer schedules and documentation.
Engineering plastics are processed for molded components requiring defined mechanical, thermal, and dimensional performance. Material grades are selected based on application requirements and customer-defined specifications.

In-house tooling is used to control tool development, validation, and production readiness.

The following engineering support activities are provided during new product introduction:
These activities are used to assess manufacturability and support process stability prior to production.
| Title | Detail |
|---|---|
| Surface Coating | Surface coating is coordinated through approved partner facilities, based on customer drawings, coating specifications, and defined thickness or finish requirements. We align the process to meet the intended application and finish expectations. |
| Assembly | We perform assembly to deliver sub-assemblies or finished parts as defined in the customer BOM, drawings, and delivery conditions. |
| Printing | Printing is supported for part marking, identification, or traceability needs, based on customer specifications. We apply marking methods suitable for the component and application. |
| Plating | Plating operations are carried out through qualified partners, following customer-defined material, thickness, and corrosion resistance requirements. Our process selection is aligned with functional and environmental needs. |
| Painting | Painting is applied to fabricated, machined, or molded components as specified. Coating systems are selected based on application requirements and customer standards. |
