Machining operations are selected based on component geometry, material type, and tolerance requirements.
MMI supports CNC machining for industrial components across automotive, industrial equipment, electric power, oil and gas, and related sectors. Machining is carried out on metals and engineered plastics, including stainless steel, carbon steel, aluminium, brass, bronze, cast iron, copper, and other customer-specified custom materials. Unless otherwise defined on customer drawings, standard machining tolerances are maintained up to ±0.05 mm, subject to material type and machine capacity. All work is executed strictly to customer drawings, tolerance requirements, inspection criteria, and delivery specifications.
We help iterate part designs quickly and support faster product development through quick-turn parts. Our design analysis helps identify difficult-to-machine features early, before designs move to production, reducing the risk of rework later in the development cycle.
Surface finishing and coating are carried out through qualified partner facilities based on customer specifications. Typical coating thickness requirements range from 8 to 12 microns, selected to suit the application and performance needs.
We stock more than 30 engineering-grade metal and plastic materials that are suitable for various part applications and industries. Materials include aluminium, stainless steel, carbon steel, brass, bronze, cast iron, copper, UHMW PE, and customer-specified commodity and engineering-grade plastics.
Machined components are supplied through coordinated logistics and partner-supported execution. We support both domestic and international programs, aligned with customer requirements and delivery expectations.
Machining processes are controlled to achieve the following tolerances, subject to material and geometry:

Aluminum alloys commonly machined include 6061 and 7075. Aluminum 7075 is a zinc-based alloy known for high strength, toughness, and fatigue resistance, making it suitable for structural and aerospace-grade applications. Aluminum 6061 offers good machinability, corrosion resistance, and balanced mechanical properties for general industrial use.

MMI also machines cast iron, copper, UHMW PE, and other custom-engineered plastics as specified.
Material selection and machining parameters are defined strictly by customer drawings and technical specifications.


Surface finishing and coating operations are executed through approved partner facilities, as required by the customer.
